Anthony spent decades working in sales and noticed his employers were constantly trying to adjust to market changes or a fast-paced environment and were not doing it efficiently. There was too much going on for his busy superiors to manage the sales strategy to match their growth or need for change. So, Anthony decided to offer his expertise in strategically placing businesses’ sales in a position to not only take advantage of current market opportunities but to also be able to pivot in new directions later when needed. Taking the strategy out-of-house allows Anthony to look at your business from a bird’s eye view, identify areas of improvement from an outsider’s perspective, and keeps business owners’ attention on the overall business while allowing for improvements to sales within your overall organizational strategy.

Anthony Horton is an experienced sales professional who started as an Inside Sales representative, was promoted to an Account Executive within 3 months, became a Sales Manager within 2 years, and was an Executive Vice President of Ticket Sales and Strategy by the young age of 32. He has worked with professional sports organizations like Spurs Sports & Entertainment, the Chicago Bulls, Arizona Coyotes, and Formula One via the Las Vegas Grand Prix and has recently entered the sales training space utilizing psychology to bring out the best in your team.
Anthony’s experience has led him to understand how all aspects of someone’s business (marketing, analytics, PR, hiring decisions) must be considered and incorporated into a company’s sales strategy, and a good grasp of your business is the first step to learning how to best help create a sales strategy to meet your specific needs. Anthony takes time to get a full understanding of how your organization functions so he considers how the sales strategy works given all other aspects of your business.
Anthony also has experience as a hiring manager with a track record for internal and external hirings of his team members. If you are looking to evaluate current sales employees or are looking to build or expand your sales team, Anthony will be able to use his background to find suitable sales candidates that will also be good culture adds (not just culture fits) to your overall organization.
