Consultations range from a day(s)-long observation period with quick changes that can be made with minimal disruptions to your current business to observations along with employee interviews and even psychological testing (if desired) used to develop more complex suggested changes such as placing your employees in roles to best suit their working styles, restructuring of communication channels, implementation of new reporting methods, changes to employee motivation and morale, and suggestions for additional ways to improve your business practices.
